Shipping and Delivery Policy
There are no new guidelines provided through the Online Construction Supplies Hub, as the Suppliers/Vendors who are registered as members take care of the Shipping and Delivery of Products. The Suppliers/Vendors define appropriate Shipping Cost, Shipping Time as indicated by them while defining the products for their product categories. As the registered Suppliers or Vendors are free to define the policies specific to the delivery schedule or shipping time based on the criteria applicable to them and the registered Buyers/Builders are encouraged to make a note of the same while placing online orders of product items.

Order Processing and Shipping Time
The orders created by the Buyers/Builders are normally processed online seamlessly for payment unless Cash-on-Delivery option is chosen by the Buyer/Builder. However, the Builders or Buyers who are registered with Online Store can save the product items on the Shopping Cart and revert later whenever they want to proceed with the online shopping. All the pending orders under a particular Buyer/Builder are always available for action or reference whenever the Builder is logged into the online store. Depending on the payment mode chosen (online/Cash-on-Delivery option), the order processing time and fulfillment may vary. An automated confirmation message would be sent to the Builder through the Online Store on the status of the Order (Pending / Processed). Also, all registered Builders can view the list of orders placed as of the date they are logged in.
The Shipping Time is normally defined by the Supplier/Vendor and it varies depending on the product category/product and the Shipping Location specified or chosen by the Builder (in case of multiple addresses), as applicable. In some cases, the time varies between 1-2 days and for others, the time may vary between 3-5 days.
For more details, the Builders/Buyers are advised to pay attention to the order details while making payment to see if there are any specific timeframes or duration limits specified by the Supplier/Vendor towards shipping or delivery.
Shipping Costs
The Shipping/Delivery Costs, time along with applicable tax for all products are defined by the respective Suppliers/Vendors when they define the Products under the respective Product Categories. In certain cases, the shipping costs and delivery duration vary depending on the shipping address specified by the Buyer/ Builder. They would be specified clearly by the Supplier/Vendors who provide the products for delivery.
International Shipping Process
As far as Online Construction Supplies Hub is concerned, the Builder or Supplier membership subscription is provided within India only. So, the International Shipping/Delivery of Products is not applicable on this online platform.
